Emily can bring can bring the fire to your home, your venue, your event, wherever the occasion calls for something genuinely memorable.
Every menu we create reflects what is being grown, raised and landed around us at that moment in the year. The farmers, fishermen and growers we work with are named. Their ingredients tell the story of this place.
For groups who want more than a meal, we offer private experiences in the walled garden — combining live fire cookery with heritage tours, whiskey and food pairing, wellness or outdoor activities.

Emily brings live fire cooks to your accommodation or exclusive venue. A full seasonal menu over premium hardwood and charcoal, served at a shared table as the evening unfolds. Relaxed, unhurried, entirely personal.
