Emily is a live-fire cook, food anthropologist and one of Ireland's most engaging voices on fire, food and provenance. She brings the same warmth, storytelling and command of the flame to a festival stage or a corporate stage as she does to a private table.
Whether it's a cooking demonstration, a brand partnership, a media appearance or a bespoke event, Emily connects an audience to where their food comes from and why it matters, over open fire, with plenty of character.
